We rely on each other at every step in the growth and distribution of our salmon. From raising smolts in the hatchery, to the guys on the boats, and their teammates who handle logistics – every person, role and responsibility is critical.
To us it seems pretty simple – to be the right fit at Admiral, you can’t care more about a paycheck than you do about helping the people around you raise Atlantic Salmon.
At the end of the day we believe that ‘the level of care’ a person demonstrates is the differentiator – the intangible that separates ‘average’ from ‘remarkable’. A Company may invest in the most advanced technology or pay a premium for nutrition – but none of it means squat without strong ethics and people who truly care.
